Unfortunately the scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled a while ago and changed to a telehealth appointment for this week. That actually was not a problem but the problem happened when it was not recorded as a telehealth appointment therefore the appointment was not kept. They had it recorded as an office visit. They didn't contact me despite my having sent them a question about it the previous day. They also answered that question about a telehealth call. However, the office people were very understanding. They knew it was their office's fault and rescheduled it the following day which happened to work out fine for me. I ended up getting calls from multiple people who were all very willing to help.

Dr. Steiner is a very thorough doctor. I have to admit when, I had my first appointment , his bedside manner was totally different from what I was use to. But now that we know each other much better, He is the Best!!! Thank you to Dr. Steiner for having me as your patient. I would not want to be anywhere else or have another Doctor see me than him. Guess I talk a lot, he is a good doctor!

This was a telemed appt with Dr Steiner who no longer comes to the office or lives here. I feel a telemed visit was not a thorough enough approach to monitoring my health. Labs are one thing, but checking physically is more appropriate. I will be looking for another doctor who can see me in person again.

Crazy and disrespectful of patient's time, especially when there's not even a mention of how long it was taking.

ALWAYS A PROBLEM. They do not keep these instructions in their records and consequently send to local pharmacy with the result of having to call and have this change. On Tuesday when I called, the person I was talking to said this was not in record. While trying (once again) to explain, THEY HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE I COMPLETED EXPLANATION OF THE PROCESS. They sent new prescription direct to Dayton Pharmacy. It should be sent to Dr. in Va Middletown office for approval
